Saint Joseph Hospital Foundation is happy to announce it’s been named a finalist in Toyota’s 100 Cars for Good Program. The voting day has been selected as July 21. You can vote on Toyota’s Facebook page, facebook.com/toyota, as the Foundation competes for a new Toyota vehicle that will be used for the Saint Joseph Appalachian Outreach Program to provide patient follow-up and support services that minster the whole person through pastoral care, social services and registered clinical dietitian/certified diabetes educator services. Home visits are made to individuals in rural parts of eastern Kentucky. Last year the program completed more than 16,000 visits in 30 of the poorest counties in the United States.

On the July 21 “vote day,” the Foundation will compete with four other non-profit organizations for a chance to win a new Toyota. The organization that receives the most votes via Toyota’s Facebook page, wins. For more information, contact Anna Taylor at 859.313.2055.
